Neighbour Note Violin & Singing Teacher Nominated for a Juno Award 2020

Toronto violin and singing teacher Elizabeth Rodriguez is the second Neighbour Note teacher to be nominated for a Juno award for 2020. Elizabeth's band OKAN is nominated for World Music Album of the Year for 2020. OKAN combines Afro-Cuban rhythms and other global beats with Jazz, Folk, and Classical forms. Together with partner Magdelys Savigne, OKAN delivers eclectic music for a wide ranging audience. Elizabeth teaches violin and singing lessons throughout Toronto with Neighbour Note. She has dedicated her entire life to the study of music specifically singing and learning to play the violin. Congratulations Elizabeth. We are so proud of you!
